Many products are available for download. It is not mandatory, but recommended you create an account. Once you have successfully created an account, with valid email address, selected download option when prompted, and completed your purchase, you will receive an email as well as be redirected to your account page where you will find the downloadable link. Please make sure your computer has enough space to accommodate and download the link in a timely fashion. ALL download links have an expiration period of 48 hours. NOTE: We are well aware of apps that can convert links straight to your tablet or phone. You can make the purchase through a smart device, however we strongly recommend you obtain the downloadable link from a computer. Trying to download to a smart phone or tablet may result in failed or exceeded download attempts and you will have to re-purchase again. In the event you have not received an email, check your spam folder, or junk mail. Most of the time, this is where that information will be if its not in your inbox.
